What new technologies will soon be available?

There are now radiofrequency machines that do what is called sublative resurfacing. The machines focus the radiofrequency energy just below the epidermis and cause some coagulative ablation. The newest technology is that of intense focused ultrasound for sublative resurfacing. Here, the ultrasound energy is focused just below the epidermis for ablation similar to that above.
