In what setting is secondary systemic amyloidosis seen?

Secondary systemic amyloidosis is associated with chronic systemic disease, such as infection, collagen vascular disease, or neoplasm. Examples of disease associations include tuberculosis, leprosy, osteomyelitis, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, pustular psoriasis, leukemia, and lymphoma.
