Which drugs can affect antifungal drug levels?

Any drug that raises the gastric pH reduces the absorption of itraconazole and ketoconazole. Rifampin reduces the levels of oral azole and allylamines by induction of hepatic cytochromes. Isoniazid and phenytoin can induce the metabolism of azole antifungal agents. Cimetidine can raise terbinafine levels.
