What drugs are usually associated with drug-induced LE? Of patients treated continuously with procainamide, 90% develop antinuclear antibodies after 2 years, and 10% to 20% develop symptoms of LE. Other commonly implicated drugs include hydralazine, isoniazid, chlorpromazine, procainamide, hydantoin, d-penicillamine, methyldopa, quinidine, and minocycline.
