Presents with excoriated papules and sometimes pustules (may be follicular) over extensor surfaces, but no bullae
Histology: nonspecific
DIF/IIF: negative
Fetal risk: none
Treatment: topical corticosteroid (anecdotal); resolves in postpartum period
