What are the treatment and prognosis? Treatment is complete surgical removal, and Mohs surgery has a lower recurrence rate than standard excision. Up to one third of patients with ocular tumors develop metastases to cervical lymph nodes. Muir-Torre syndrome should be considered in patients presenting with sebaceous carcinoma. |
