Presents as dome-shaped red-brown or tan-pink smooth surfaced papule; typically occurs within first two decades - Pigmented, congenital, and agminated variants reported
- Histology: Kamino bodies (PAS + globules)
- Characteristic starburst dermoscopic finding in pigmented Spitz nevi
